Below are some forms of interactivity which will be covered in Chris Hales' upcoming workshop:
- Interactive films - where the audience changes the playout of the film
- "Customised" films that include specific data, imagery or sounds from a viewer
- Live audience voting with Poll Everywhere (the audience can use smartphone, SMS, or Twitter)
- Interactive karaoke
- Using YouTube "annotations" to make hyperlinked narratives ("branching narrative" films)
Interactive installations, using interesting interfaces, the first three of which Chris will bring to the workshop:
